Shield of Love needed for Kashmir

Kashmir just lost 4 kids to Indian Army's aggression. This is a perpetual cycle of violence orchestrated by Indian soldiers that is devastating Indian-occupied Kashmir. Stone-pelting is NOT a crime that deserves to be responded with bullets. So, why isn't the world NOT giving a damn about it?
