but I dream of a world
where diplomacy is appreciated
& fascism is rejected
where international partnerships are prioritized
and not condemned on the basis of
difference of color, dialect or religion
where world comes together to end wars
& not proliferate them
where war crimes are acknowledged
as war crimes & not as defense
where humanity is prioritized over profits
where success is measured in happiness
and not in dollars
where love is practiced as much as it is preached
where hypocrisy is shunned upon
and
where hate is made illegal
You may call me an idealist
You may call me a dreamer
but
it all begins with a dream.
