Pakistan's political Smoothie
I have been blogging for justice, human rights & democracy since 2013 as an activist. My struggle for rightful Islamic democracy in Pakistan led me to an extensive research in the field when I realized that democracy is impossible till Pakistan's farmer & his vote is liberated. So, I started efforts to deliver tools of economic freedom to our farmers in hopes that they will one day be free to use their rights according to their own will & not as per the discretion of their feudal landlords. Last year, I felt that in order to reach the extraordinary number of farmers i.e 115 million, I will have to indulge into politics. This was after I received a cold response from all the major political players of Pakistan including our current Prime Minister when I approached them all as a human rights' activist NOT a politician. Thus, PakIslam Positive League (PIPL) wouldn't have even come into being if any of these political players took my concerns seriously. It was their neglect & abandonment of the rights of Pakistan's poor that pushed me into forming PIPL. Now, I have been a politician for more than a year & I am happy to say that my activism has been paying off. I blogged extensively against terrorism & on Kashmiris rights. Today we have been able to eradicate terrorism by more than 90% since I commenced my activism. My activism against Modi has caused a ripple effect leading to UN human rights report that challenges the Indian narrative. My struggle for the farmers has forced the previous & the current government to introduce Kissan packages & newer subsidies. I have blogged to protect the honour of Pakistan at an international level eradicating the false image that India has been trying to lobby. I have fought peacefully against the lies of the global leaders & the deceit of the humanitarian gurus as well. I have campaigned against the Military Industrial Complex & the war-mongering business of the dirty military contractors leading to the current dire strait of Afghanistan, Iraq, Libya, Syria & Yemen. I have stood up for the Palestinians & done live protest in USA against the anti-semitism awareness act that will snatch civil liberties of those humanitarians who are trying to expose the war crimes of Israel. I recently campaigned against IMF-begging stance of current government. My recent struggle has been to prevent a face off between the state & the Islamic clerics on Aasia & the blasphemy Act as this could precipitate a deadly revolution here. I have campaigned for free, clean & sustainable energy, desalination plants, environmental protection programs & for global partnerships for a greater good.
However, I still feel that I have to do a lot more and my work has only started. Why? Because I do not see anyone else doing what must be done to save Pakistan & the world. Pakistan has an enormous potential to bring a dynamic positive change in the world ending oppressions & promoting peace. Pakistan has defied the new world order successfully allowing Afghanistan to campaign for real democracy not a dummy one. Pakistan has always stood by Gaza & Kashmir & Myanmar against oppressive regimes. In spite of excessive foreign pressures, it has remained firm in its stance based upon basic principles of ethics & humanity.
Looking at current leadership of Pakistan I feel that we are reaching a dead end. Nawaz's PMLN has been rightfully disabled due to his gambles at exploiting Pakistan's precious assets. Zardari is on the verge of going extinct politically. Without Zardari, PPP will be a story of the past. MQM is already ousted due to its vandalism. PSP got defeated in recent elections. APML is no more the same as Musharaf is on a sick leave. TLP is profiled as a "Islamic party" only so is Jamat-e-Islami. That leaves us with a one-party system technically making PTI extremely powerful. This is why I feel uncomfortable & continue to do political activism against their mistakes & wrong-doings. In any democracy, too much power to one party especially the governing one can only lead to a disaster. I am trying to create an option for the people of Pakistan in the form of PakIslam Positive League where those who disagree with PTI's policies can come & join. I predict that the next elections will have no PPP, PMLN, MQM & PSP as the main contenders. It will be either a one-party show of PTI or it will be PIPL versus PTI. PIPL will rise as the alternative to PTI that is fair, just, humanitarian & transparent. The reason to spread the message of PIPL is extremely important because otherwise we are most definitely looking at a very powerful PTI as the ONLY strong party in the next elections. Thus, in this smoothie of hundreds of political parties we have today, we need a voice as loud as PIPL to shake up the oligarchy of PTI as it aims to become the ONLY powerhouse of Pakistan soon. Those who say why am I pursuing PIPL should know that I have no other choice. Someone has to defy the ONE-party system that will make Imran too strong to be good for Pakistan. As the rest of the party systems succumb to their scandals of corruption, PIPL is the only tangible option left now that can give Pakistan a healthy taste of democracy in the form of a strong opposition.
