Imran Khan's Baggage
Imran Khan never fails to surprise us all with statements that don't match anyone else. From PSL shouldn't be held in Lahore to Pak=Afghan border closure a human rights issue........#Pakistan trying level best to understand this banana leader.
His most eccentric politics
1. Campaign to Vote for his ex brother in law against a Pakistan-origin Mayor of London.
2. Finance an extremist school to pay their debt of allowing a peaceful polio drive.
3. Celebrating Yom-e-Tashakar when most of his activists were suffering in the Adiyala jail . This was commemorated by PTIs usual dance & bhangra DJ party all while his activists were waiting for their leader to strive to let them be free.
4. Skip the very important all party conference on Kashmir at the peak of Modi committing his war crimes in Kashmir.
5. Skip the welcome Parliamentarian meeting for Erdogan who has committed 100% support to Pakistan & its fight for Kashmiris Liberation all while all media & diplomatic forces failed to provide this kind of support.
6. Asking for no PSL in Lahore when this is exactly what the terrorists who bombed Pakistan non-stop for 10 days want us to do. To paralyze us with a fear so that we cannot live anymore by halting all kinds of activities that prove that Pakistan is still alive & kicking the butts of terrorists.
7. Claim that Pakistan Army decision to close the Pak Afghan border is violating human rights. Imran Khan actually closed this border to NATO/US to object against drones a long time ago. Which was a step that gave him significant political uplifting. Now, he criticizes the army for trying to ensure that no more kids are lost as in the recent blasts. When 9/11 happened, #USA invaded Afghanistan, Iraq, Libya, Syria & droned civilians in Pakistan , Afghanistan & Yemen creating a big pile of collateral carnage. Pakistan Army just temporarily closed our border for obvious reasons based upon evidence that NDS was involved & terrorists were using this border like a sieve to penetrate Pakistan for RAW-funded terrorism.
8. Support one of his leaders in spite of him being caught with alcohol trying to deliver it to Bani Gala in the middle of section 144 in Islamabad during his recent dharna. Alcohol is Alcohol. no ifs & buts about it. Imran historical statement was that it was ONLY alcohol & not heroin so why make a fuss.
9. Not comment on PPP involvement in recent sehwan blast even though 2 PPP ministers were caught as facilitators of this attack. This kind of political compromise shows Imran will shake hands with the devil whenever its needed for the grand purpose of gaining power for the party.
10. Do expensive Dharnas where music DJs are hired for 2 crores & same activists are imported from all over Pakistan for every Dharna.
11. PTI Darnas are now being referred to as Dating/match-making venues for the younger crowd where college kids find their soul mates.
Imran Khan has undoubtedly contributed a lot to Pakistan. His entire life is dedicated to change Pakistan for good. For this, I have always given him credit. He has a long terrain of unmatched achievements & he is the least of all evils we currently have amongst the rest of our political icons. However, there is always room for improvement. He has his own imperfections which have unfortunately created an opportunity for his foes to become even stronger than they are. His enemies are Pakistan's enemies because he is fighting for the people of Pakistan. His flaws thus reflect on the 20 crore Pakistanis who are hoping to be rescued through this revolutionary leader.
I have always supported Imran Khan but I do not have blind faith in him. I only have blind faith in Allah. I hope that all of his zealots in media, party & colleges can realize that Imran has his own baggage they must all be prepared with when he comes after Nawaz gets ousted . Only time will tell how big this baggage will get because there are very strong rumors that Imran has a problem with ?drugs. Cocaine has been mentioned many times. Let me be very clear. If Imran has a cocaine problem Pakistan will not be safe in his hands because an addict is only faithful to his addiction.
Imran should do a public drug test not just to prove all these rumors wrong BUT to also set up a precedent that if airplane pilots can be tested for drugs so can politicians be. Pilots control life of hundreds but a politician can mess up lives of millions.
